Kelly has a wide range of skills in the land development sector, in surveying and subdivision process as well as engineering design and construction management.  With over 20 years experience in surveying and civil design, Kelly has led many residential and commercial land developments to project completion, including layout and infrastructure design, engineering supervision, client representation and managing consent to final compliance.

Kelly holds the role of Land Development Manager in Birch and oversees the civil and infrastructure design team and mentors graduates in all aspects of land development.
