Xmas message

Firstly, from the Staff, Shareholders and Directors of Birch Surveyors Ltd, Seasons Greetings to all our friends, family, clients and colleagues. We wish you all the very best for the Christmas and New Year festive season, and hope this will be a safe and enjoyable time for you and your families.

 2013 has been another exciting year for the Company with several additions to the staff team, and the expansion of activities in the Tauranga office. Early in the new year we will welcoming another licensed Surveyor to the team to meet the increasing land development activity in the area. 

The highlight of the year from a planning perspective has been the resolution to the Rural Plan change and the notification of the Auckland Unitary Plan.  The Unitary Plan with it’s Future Urban Zonings and the approval of Special Housing Areas will keep everyone on their feet in the New Year, and for many years to come!!

 Our office will be closed from 5 pm on Thursday 19th December 2013

and reopening on Monday 13^th January 2014. My best wishes to you for a prosperous and happy 2014.
