Flexibility

Its not great to be reporting that we again find ourselves in Level 3 Lockdown, but during 2020, systems were put in place to ensure we could quickly fire up and function with these controls.  Just a quick review of the controls, and we were back to remote working. Despite being busy with some urgent preparation of evidence for Waikato hearings, we can function almost at 100% during Level 3. Most staff work remotely, and we benefit with offices in Hamilton, Tauranga and Tairua only subject to Level 2 restrictions. Our field staff can still undertake work as long as they comply with physical distancing controls, and our office work can be undertaken remotely

This benefits our clients, as we can still move ahead with their projects, and it benefits our staff who have continuity of work. Based on our confidence going forward, we have recently employed a new Licensed Cadastral Surveyor for our Auckland office. He will provide support to all staff across the Company for all our land development projects, both from a Surveying and Engineering perspective.
