In these articles I usually try to discuss items of interest to the public that are relevant to our areas of expertise, or matters that have significant effects on our clients. But sometimes it is just good to share events or occasions that have been memorable for our staff.
Last Friday, I decided it was time for the team to have an early Spring day off, and to get together for some fun and good food. Our apologies to anyone trying to contact us on that day!
The Simunovich Estate at Bombay have recently added a new pavilion and event arena and we spent the morning there, pistol shooting, clay bird shooting, archery and knife throwing. For many of us, they were activities we had never participated in before and therefore quite exciting. I think knife throwing was new to us all.
The activities were following by a lovely meal at the Bracu restaurant.
The relevance of the day to our business, is that Birch Surveyors were very involved in the establishment of the planning consents for Bracu Restaurant and the Olive processing plant, and it is great to see these activities firmly established, successful, and adding to the Franklin environment.
