Auckland Office

Commencing 2^nd May, we are pleased to announce that we will have an office in Penrose Auckland. This office provides a more convenient location for a growing Auckland client base and a handier office for a number of staff who reside in Auckland central locations, some of whom currently work from home. It will also provide an Auckland hub for our Pukekohe and Tauranga staff who have occasions to meet with clients in Auckland. We are also using this office to work more closely with a number of other land development consultants, and thus provide a more comprehensive service to clients involved in greenfield and infill housing developments.

To some extent this has been driven by the expected growth throughout the Auckland region, and also the provisions of the Auckland Unitary Plan. It also aligns with our strategic plan for the development of the Company.
